NHL Championship DVD
with my new pc, which has widows vista. i am finding that most of my old originals don't work, why is this.
i've only got the machine last night i am having problems connetcting to the internet too. these are the following games i've tried, that don't work
half life
need for speed underground 2
championship manager 98 - 2003
black and white
f1 2003
madden 2005
nhl 2005
gta vice city
most of those are originals and some hacked versions. do hacked/copied games work on vista. why don't my originals work either. also, i got fifa 07 to install, but it took an hour and i needed a patch to play it. with vista, what does it usually mean if the dvd drive doesn't recognise the disk and how can you solve this problem? does anyone have a list of games that work with vista.
What you will need to do is go to the program vendors website and look for Vista patches.
Most of the games you mentioned are older and will probably have some issues with Vista. Also, since they are older, the game creators will take longer to create patches for vista because their current priority is newer games.
